in 2024, this project utilized DuctileCrete, a proprietary system designed to provide a highly durable and flexible flooring solution. Covering over 345,000 square feet slab on grade fiber-reinforced concrete, as well as 150,000 square feet of Tilt-Up. This project was completed in collaboration with the Industrial Building Group and demonstrates a sophisticated approach to modern industrial construction.
